Lucas couldn’t help blushing at Gold’s actions and yelped as he was tugged along. The park, huh…well, at least Gold wouldn’t be alone for this one. Besides, he hadn’t been to the National Park before. This could be a really fun experience. “Um…okay. The park it is. Sounds like fun.”
Gold couldn’t help but let his mind wonder to what it was going to be like. He secretly always wanted to take someone here but never had the opportunity until now. Course he’d never admit it, it was way to romantic and “girly” to admit something like that aloud. “I hope it will be.” He sighed gently, slowing the pace as they reached the city limits, walking down a path and not to long later found themselves entering the park.
Lucas was right, where were plenty of people here, but there were also plenty of open places to go out and sit, especially in the grass. As if by nature he laced fingers with the Sinnoh trainer, flashing a sheepish smile. He was still awful at this whole romance thing. His buzz wearing off didn’t really help. “I don’t see anyone in my favorite spot.” He pointed over towards a tree that was rather closed off from the rest of the crowd.
