Gold had taken note of Lucas’s fingers running themselves through his hair, eternally grateful that he had conditioned last time he took a shower. A hum echoed around them as the trainer closed his eyes, enjoying the slight touches. “Enjoying yourself over there Luc?” He half teased and grinned back at the sinnoh native.
Lucas didn’t even know why he was running his fingers through Gold’s hair. One minute the thought that it looked soft passed through his mind, and then he was ruffling the other’s hair. He turned bright red when he realized that he really was running his hair through the other’s hair. He withdrew his hand, rubbing the back of his neck. “S-Sorry,” he apologized.

He honestly liked it, not many people did that for him and it was a rather calming motion. “It’s alright.” The trainer sing-songed and leaned back against him, totally relaxed and without a care in the world. “I like it when people do that. ’S soothin’”
